DBA shall not be held liable for any dispute arising between a client and these third-party associates, except in cases where the dispute is due to an erroneous act, error, omission, or oversight directly by DBA. DBA Consultancy LLC FZ is a company that provides business consultancy, marketing and debt recovery services to clients, and the use of the terms ‘DBA’, ‘DBA Firm’, ‘our firm’, ’firm’, ‘legal experts’, ‘legal practice’, ‘lawyers’, ‘we’, ‘us’ does not refer to DBA Consultancy LLC FZ unless explicitly signatory of an engagement agreement signed with the client for providing the services object of the claim. DBA Legal Consultancy FZ LLE is a Legal Consultancy company duly licensed in Fujairah Creative City, and the use of the terms ‘DBA’, ‘DBA Firm’, ‘our firm’, ’firm’, ‘legal experts’, ‘legal practice’, ‘lawyers’, ‘we’, ‘us’ does not refer to DBA Consultancy LLC FZ unless explicitly signatory of an engagement agreement signed with the client for providing the services object of the claim.
